About this job

Ready to be the engine behind fast-moving workforce solutions? 🚀

If you thrive in high‑energy environments, love the buzz of fast-paced projects, and get a kick out of making things happen — this role is built for you.

Join us as a Talent Deployment Coordinator, where every day is about delivering speed, precision, and people-first service across diverse workforce deployments. This is frontline execution, real-time problem solving, and the operational backbone of our project teams.

You’ll split your time between our office and on-site at client locations, ensuring smooth operations wherever support is needed.

⚠️ Not a typical desk job — you’ll be hands-on, on the ground, and the person clients rely on to keep things running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Workforce Operations

  • Be the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout each deployment.

  • Understand manpower needs, timelines, and expectations — and turn them into smooth operational execution.

  • Coordinate staffing for projects, urgent roles, and last-minute manpower requests.

  • Manage deployments, track attendance, and conduct roll calls.

  • Respond promptly to escalations and operational issues.

  • Provide on-site coverage when needed to ensure continuity of service.

Candidate Management & Deployment Support

  • Source and match suitable candidates across various contingent roles.

  • Persuasively present opportunities to applicants and position candidates effectively to clients.

  • Guide candidates through requirements collection, offer details, and job expectations.

  • Build strong candidate relationships to drive engagement and retention.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle onboarding, contract administration, and timesheet tracking with accuracy and care.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date records of clients and candidates in Powerbase.

  • Grow and maintain the candidate database with strong data integrity.

  • Ensure compliance, payroll accuracy, and timely issue resolution in partnership with internal teams.

  • Support the Account Manager with administrative tasks, including security clearance activations.

  • Ensure prompt billing and assist with collections.

  • Update weekly activity reports daily.

Client Relationship Building

  • Develop close working relationships with clients to understand ongoing recruitment and deployment needs.

  • Identify the ASK (Attitude, Skills, Knowledge) for each role to support effective staffing and project delivery.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • Someone willing to work flexible or odd hours when client operations require it.

  • Comfortable working with numbers — a big plus for managing timesheets, tracking attendance, and supporting billing accuracy.

  • Experience in administration, coordination, client servicing, or project operations is helpful — but mindset matters most.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.

  • Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and proactive when things shift suddenly.

  • Curious, hands-on, and eager to grow in workforce operations and client delivery.

Why Join Us?

As part of a fast-moving, people-first team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client delivery, workforce operations, and coordination. We value agility, ownership, and a service mindset — if you’re eager to learn, take initiative, and make an impact, we’ll back you every step of the way.

We’re grateful for every application. Due to volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
