HR Governance, People & Culture (VP/AVP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organisation’s talent acquisition and retention strategy, leveraging data, analytics and technology.
• Develop retention initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and high-potential talent programmes.
• Champion internal mobility, career development and organisational capability building.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen trust, inclusion and employee experience.
• Establish and maintain HR governance frameworks, policies and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Drive HR risk management, ethical practices and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the HR team through coaching, performance management and capability development.
• Partner senior business leaders to align people strategies with organisational objectives.
• Manage HR budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI from workforce initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong track record across talent acquisition & retention, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and HR governance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation, HR governance frameworks and HR best practices.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget and resource management experience.
