The role provides a structured development pathway for candidates looking to build a long-term career within the UHNW insurance industry, with opportunities to progress into a Sales Consultant role.
We will count on you to:
- Support the Sales Consultant in day-to-day sales development and implementation activities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external business partners and referral networks under guidance.
- Coordinate insurance applications with insurers, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete and submitted within the required timelines.
- Manage documentation, application tracking and policy records throughout the case lifecycle.
- Support case management activities, including medical examination arrangements, lead coordination, onboarding and follow-up.
- Prepare insurance application forms, policy contracts and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with policy servicing matters, including client enquiries, reimbursements and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, insurers and external stakeholders to follow up on outstanding requirements and resolve case-related matters.
- Develop working knowledge of insurance products, underwriting requirements and relevant financial services procedures.
- Participate in internal and external training programmes to develop product, technical and industry knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, case tracking and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the assigned mentor and gradually take on greater responsibility as part of the progression towards a Sales Consultant role.
What you need to have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably within insurance, banking, wealth management, financial services or a related industry.
- Experience in insurance administration, policy servicing, case management, sales support or client servicing will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, performance-driven and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
