About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our High Net Worth insurance team as an Associate Sales Consultant. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a senior Sales Consultant, gaining hands-on exposure across sales support, case management, and policy servicing. This position offers a clear development pathway into a Sales Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team and your mentor in sales development and implementation
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with private bankers, wealth planners, and referral partners
• Submit and liaise insurance applications with insurers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in documentation, tracking, and maintenance of applications and policies
• Support case management activities including medical examinations, logistics, and onboarding
• Prepare insurance forms, policy contracts, and related documentation
• Handle policy servicing matters such as reimbursements, enquiries, and post-sales support
• Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally
• Develop working knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks' credit procedures
• Participate in training and continuous learning programs
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in banking, insurance, wealth management, or related financial services
• Exposure to insurance administration, policy servicing, case management, or sales support is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Performance-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
