About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates, conduct research and due diligence, and build financial models to support strategic advisory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates
• Perform research and due diligence on industries, markets, and companies
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Build financial models and perform valuation using various methods
• Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and support office functions
• Supervise and manage interns as needed

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanour and presentable appearance
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Meticulous with high attention to detail

Advantageous:

• Experience related to M&A
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships)
