About the Role

We are an international tyre sourcing and trading group with operations across the United States, Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive to join our Singapore team. The role will work closely with tyre factories, sales teams and logistics partners to coordinate customer orders, production schedules and shipments across international markets.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on factory coordination, production follow-up and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders with tyre factories from order placement through production and shipment.
• Follow up closely with factories on production schedules, order status and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate supply and shipment planning based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on delays, shortages and other supply issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on shipment arrangements and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate order, production and shipment records and provide regular status updates.
• Support supplier coordination and other supply chain activities as required.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in the tyre industry is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, production coordination, purchasing or related functions.
• Hands-on experience dealing with tyre factories or manufacturers is strongly preferred.
• Strong working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with factories and business partners in China.
• Good understanding of international trade, shipping and export/import processes.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to manage multiple orders and priorities independently.
• Based in Singapore and eligible to work in Singapore.
