About the Role

We are an international tyre sourcing and trading group with operations across the United States, Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive / Senior Executive to support our international sales activities and manage the day-to-day execution of customer orders. The role works closely with customers, sales teams, tyre factories and logistics partners to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order confirmation through production, shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
• Follow up with tyre factories on production schedules, availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate shipping documentation and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain sales orders, shipment records and related documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Provide timely order and shipment updates to customers and management.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in the tyre industry is required.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer service, order management or related functions.
• Experience with tyre manufacturers, distributors or trading companies is preferred.
• Strong working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with factories and business partners in China.
• Familiar with international trade, shipping and export documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international trading environment.
• Based in Singapore and eligible to work in Singapore.
