A bank is looking for a Contract & Vendor Management Specialist(6 months contract)

Your new role

• Contract & Vendor Management
• Manage contract renewals, vendor engagement, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract governance activities.
• Coordinate contract approvals, registrations, and documentation.
• Support third-party risk management, compliance monitoring, and governance reviews.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
• Financial Operations
• Support chargeback activities, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and cost allocation.
• Prepare financial reports and perform cost analysis.
• Monitor workforce-related expenses and financial performance.
• Workforce Planning & Governance
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and location strategy initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain workforce dashboards and reporting.
• Prepare governance and operational reports and drive process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Regional or multi-country operations.
• Vendor governance and financial reporting.
• Workforce planning and operational governance.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
