About this job
Job Description:
- Perform all activities related to repair, maintenance and installation of electrical circuits and components and/or mechanical equipment
- Carry out troubleshooting to maintain equipment at operating levels
- Working knowledge of boiler system will be advantageous
- Carry out routine maintenance work on a timely basis
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Supervise maintenance work carried out by contractors
- Participate in test runs and commissioning
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food/ beverage manufacturing or related environment
- Possession of Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous
- Able to speak mandarin to communicate with mandarin-speaking only employees
- Good problem solving skills
