Part-Time HR & Corporate Officer

General Purpose of Position:
The Part-Time HR & Corporate Officer will support the organisation across Human Resource, Corporate Administration and Governance functions. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, training, corporate coordination, Board secretariat support and compliance-related matters.
1) Recruitment and Selection
1.1. Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, application screening, interview coordination, reference checks and preparation of employment offers.
1.2. Maintain recruitment records and support manpower planning activities.
2) Employee Relations & Engagement
2.1. Assist management in handling employee queries, staff communications and employee relations matters.
2.2. Support the coordination of staff engagement activities, events and organisational initiatives.
3) Performance Management & Training
3.1. Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and maintain relevant records.
3.2. Support staff onboarding, training needs identification and development initiatives.
3.3. Coordinate training registrations, payments, attendance and related administration.
4) HR Operations & Administration
4.1. Administer employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment letters, leave and employee benefits.
4.2. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
4.3. Prepare HR reports and complete MOM surveys, manpower updates and other statutory submissions.
4.4. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
5) Employee Welfare & Claims
5.1. Administer employee welfare benefits and related welfare matters.
5.2. Process government-paid leave claims and other applicable employee claims.
6) Corporate & Governance Support
6.1. Provide administrative and secretariat support for the Board of Directors and committees.
6.2. Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including meeting notices, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
6.3. Assist in the coordination of AGM, EOGM, Board retreats, training sessions and other corporate events.
6.4. Maintain proper corporate records, Board resolutions and governance documentation.
7) Corporate Administration & Compliance
7.1. Assist management with corporate administrative matters, regulatory requirements, licences, renewals and statutory filings.
7.2. Support the maintenance and review of organisational policies, SOPs, registers and compliance records.
7.3. Assist with documentation and reporting requirements for government agencies, funders, auditors and other external stakeholders.
8) General Administrative Support
8.1. Assist with internal communications, organisational reporting and coordination across departments.
8.2. Maintain confidentiality of employee, Board and organisational information.
8.3. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in HR and/or corporate administration.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment and Board/committee secretariat support preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information.
