Senior/Director - Corporate Governance & Audit Oversight

• Provide strategic oversight for financial reporting quality and compliance monitoring programs to uphold high governance standards.
• Lead multi-disciplinary management teams and contribute to organization-wide strategic priorities.
• Drive digital transformation and data-enabled approaches across regulatory operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Direct the ongoing review of policy frameworks and legislation to remain responsive to evolving market needs and global economic shifts.
• Lead engagements and build strategic networks with global regulatory bodies and standard-setting organizations.
• Provide strategic advice to statutory committees and collaborate closely with government ministries, board members and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of technical accounting, auditing frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven experience leading large teams, driving organizational change and developing talent pipelines.
• Excellent capabilities in engaging high-level committees, public sector agencies and international industry networks.
• Background in public accountancy, financial reporting oversight & or complex regulatory environments.
