SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsible for overseeing daily activities of sales representatives to achieve targets

Lead daily operations of sales representatives to achieve defined sales targets and drive business growth

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to engage clients and support revenue expansion

Assist line managers in maintaining effective client communication and providing timely feedback to enhance customer satisfaction

Initiate and implement sales activities, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility and market presence

Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients for informed decision-making

Submit detailed reports on sales, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customer onboarding to management for performance tracking

Evaluate sales team performance regularly and implement targeted improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness

Requirements

Proven experience supervising teams in food and beverage industry

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong management skills demonstrated by leading teams and coordinating restaurant operations

Excellent organizational skills applied to scheduling, inventory control, and task prioritization
