Outdoor Sales Executive（F&B / Restaurant Sector）

Job Summary

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships in the F&B sector. Execute field sales, negotiate tailored solutions, and gather market insights to optimize sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within local restaurant, hotpot, and F&B segments through proactive outreach
• Conduct regular field visits, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to present products and services
• Analyze operational needs of restaurants to propose customized solutions, lead negotiations, and close sales contracts
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Adapt to a field-intensive work environment, managing time and resources effectively during outdoor sales activities
• Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (oral and written) to engage with diverse stakeholders and partners

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B outdoor sales, business development, or F&B-related sales roles
• Existing network or strong familiarity with local restaurant owners and operators
• Resilient, target-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
