Senior Executive, Commercial Banking Contact Centre

We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented professional to handle inbound enquiries from corporate and SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries relating to commercial banking products, accounts and transactions.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate, timely and professional solutions.
• Resolve complex enquiries by working closely with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain service quality and comply with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with relevant customer service or contact centre experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries effectively in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
• Commercial/SME banking experience will be an advantage.
