Production Services Specialist (Finacle) - 12 months contract

Your new role

• The role is an application production support resource in APAC Banking production services team. The selected candidate will work closely with incident management team, release management team, risk team and our CIO partners.
• Day to day production support of applications.
• Coordinate and organize the workload towards sustaining a stable environment and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement improvements across the GWB estate.
• Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives.
• Fulfill regulatory assessments and audit related requests.
• It should be noted that the role would require individual to work occasional weekends and evenings to support change release and project activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced and strong support individual contributor who can support the application/technology whose responsible for.
• Solid experience on Finacle application.
• Experience in application support processes including incident management, release management, risk governance, etc.
• Strong investigative approach to issues in order to perform root cause analysis.
