Customer Service Executive (Airfreight/Export/AWB/HAWB) | Up to $4.5K

📍 Working Location: Changi (East Side)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6pm + Alternate Saturday (Half Day)
🚌 Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-up Points: East, Central & North

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

• Handle all air export shipment coordination and liaise with multiple parties (internal teams, customers, overseas agents, and stakeholders) on shipment requirements

• Prepare and verify AWB/HAWB and all necessary export shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer and airline requirements

• Coordinate booking arrangements with airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents

• Obtain freight charges approval from customers and overseas agents prior to shipment uplift when required

• Provide flight schedules, cargo uplift details, and shipment status updates to customers promptly

• Ensure export customs formalities and permit declarations are completed accurately and within timeline

• Monitor shipment departures and proactively update customers on any delays or operational issues

• Follow up closely with origin stations, airlines, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth shipment movement

• Ensure all export permits are utilized or cancelled before expiry and ensure timely job file closure within KPI

• Review export shipment status and coordinate resolution for any cargo discrepancies or operational issues

• Maintain a good understanding of customers’ SOPs and shipment handling requirements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

• Support customers with documentation discrepancies, shipment amendments, and special handling requirements

• Take on ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
