📝 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in school administration
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work independently & in a team
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good team player with initiative

💼 Job Scope

• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Maintain and organise facilities, materials and documents
• Assist with purchasing and preparation of activity/practical session materials
• Prepare learning materials, worksheets and assessment materials
• Handle printing, sorting, laminating, binding, shredding and scanning
• Distribute teaching materials to classrooms
• Assist with relief timetable coordination
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

⏰ Working Hours
Mon–Thu: 6:45am–4:00pm
Fri: 6:45am–3:30pm
🍽️ 45-min lunch break

❌ No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays
