Salary: $17.05 – $22.23/hour
Approx. Monthly Salary: $3,103 – $4,046
Contract: 3 months
Working Hours: 42 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Contract End: 30 December 2026

🔹 Requirements

• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders
• Prior administrative or event support experience is an advantage

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to enquiries through multiple mailboxes
• Assist with registration, Pledge Ceremonies and public enquiries
• Support event planning, invitations, logistics, vendors and on-site coordination
• Prepare certificates and maintain attendance records
• Assist with circulars, notices and publications
• Support procurement documentation for events and design services
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties
