📌 Requirements

• Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power BI
• Python knowledge for data analytics support
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
• Meticulous, comfortable with numbers and able to work independently

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities, events and schedules
• Support invoicing, accruals and vendor verification
• Manage attendance, surveys and reporting
• Consolidate and analyse data using Excel and Power BI
• Maintain dashboards and support programme reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders

📍 Contract Duration: 6 months
