📌 Operations & Admin Executive x1

💰 Salary: $3,200 – $3,500/month
📅 Contract: 7 months (Oct 2026 – Apr 2027)
🕐 Working Hours: 42 hours/week
📍 Monday–Thursday: 8.5 hours/day | Friday: 8 hours/day
Excluding 1-hour meal break

🔹 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, programme management or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good organisational, communication and time-management skills
• Meticulous, able to multitask and work with different stakeholders

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and training programme operations
• Coordinate training programmes, events, logistics and stakeholders
• Assist with budget monitoring, invoicing and financial reporting
• Maintain programme records, databases and documentation
• Support programme tracking, reporting and process improvement
