ASSISTANT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

Job Summary

Supports the Works Train Superintendent in the daily management of an assigned area (Depot, Mainline or Consist), directly supervising Controllers and operating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily Works Train operations for the assigned area.

• Supervise Works Train Controllers and front-line personnel.

• Conduct safety briefings and handle on-site incidents, escalating where necessary.

• Prepare weekly reports to the Officer-in-charge using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or GCE A-Level, with minimum 5 years' relevant working experience (or equivalent), subject to Officer-in-charge's acceptance.

• Able to work independently and perform overtime on a regular basis.

• Able to lead and take charge of a team.
