Job Summary
A qualified WSH Officer supporting the Officer-in-charge to evaluate, observe and implement workplace safety and health risk control measures for the Works Train operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and observe safety conditions across all Works Train work areas (stations, depot, tunnels).
• Recommend and implement WSH risk control measures to improve safety effectiveness on site.
• Conduct or support safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Advise the Contractor and Officer-in-charge on compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
Requirements
• Certified/registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (per Ministry of Manpower requirements).
• Relevant experience in construction or rail operation safety management
• Able to conduct site inspections outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required
