Job Summary
You will manage customer invoicing and payments by following up on overdue invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the Finance team to reduce outstanding receivables.
About the Job:
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and general finance administrative duties.
- Liaise with customers regarding payment status, payment arrangements, and invoice-related enquiries.
- Support the Finance team in monitoring and reducing outstanding receivables.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related discipline.
- Prior AR, credit control debt collection experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Vlookup, PivotTables, basic formulas)
