Working Hours:

• Position 1: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Position 2: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality presentations across various formats, including conceptual and layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualisation, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations and icons.

• Enhance existing slides and presentations to make them more visually engaging and impactful.

• Support a fast-paced graphics and presentations team in producing pitch books and other marketing collateral.

• Work closely with Project Coordinators and/or the Creative Director on design projects.

• Produce pitch book materials using Microsoft Office applications and provide creative and visual solutions to enhance client materials.

• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and translate ideas into effective visual designs.

• Adapt presentation styles and design approaches according to different client requirements and purposes.

• Ensure all work follows relevant best practices, branding and style guidelines, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

• Manage multiple projects effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Proactively contribute creative ideas and identify emerging design trends that support business objectives.

• Ensure smooth handovers with presentation colleagues and design teams.

• Escalate staff or client issues promptly when required.

• Engage proactively with clients to gather detailed specifications and work briefs, ensuring requirements are accurately captured.

• Record and summarise client instructions and brief global designers on requirements where necessary.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creative services, preferably within a corporate and client-service environment.

• Experience within a financial institution is highly preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard graphic design applications.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.

• Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Acrobat Professional

• Minimum 4 years' experience with Microsoft Office, particularly:

  • PowerPoint

  • Excel

  • Word

• Foundational understanding and practical application of GenAI tools, particularly Adobe Firefly and AI capabilities within Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Proficient in reading and typing Chinese, with the ability to serve Chinese-speaking clients.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and quality-focused.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Desirable

• Experience proofreading presentations.

• Experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Banking, Financial Services or a related industry.

• Knowledge of external print and production processes.
