HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Description :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviews through to offer stage
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Partner with employees and stakeholders on HR and employee matters
• Support payroll inputs, benefits and leave administration
• Prepare salary proposals, employment contracts and HR documentation
• Handle work pass and statutory HR administration
• Gain hands-on exposure to Compensation & Benefits
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements and broader HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and/or In-house Recruitment
• Recruitment candidates looking to transition into a broader HR Generalist role are welcome
• Interest in developing Compensation & Benefits knowledge
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
