Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Programme Administration & Management
Oversee day-to-day administration of CCPs, including processing applications,reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and preparing progressupdates and ad-hoc reports for submission to Workforce Singapore (WSG).
2. Grant & Claims Processing
Manage supporting documents, process claims for timely disbursement, and ensureadherence to established service standards for applications, claims, andenquiries.
3. Compliance & Audit Support
Monitor compliance with funding guidelines, maintain audit-ready documentation,and support internal and external audits.
4. Employer Engagement
Engage employers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to promote CCPs,address enquiries, and guide them through application and claims processes.
5. Programme Marketing & Outreach
Prepare presentation materials, success stories, and case studies; support thepromotion of CCPs through targeted communication.
6. Event Planning & Advisory Activities
Plan and organise outreach events such as workshops, seminars, and briefings toraise awareness and provide advisory support to employers and participants.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with government agencies, training providers, and industry associationsto ensure smooth programme facilitation and issue resolution.
Requirements
Required:
- Degree in any discipline or diploma
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with administration of government schemes – workforce or workplaceinitiatives
- Experience in claims processing, audit support, or employer outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
