Job Summary:
The job holder will provide advisory and consultancy services to SNEF Members on a wide range of human resource and industrial relations matters, including compliance, situational challenges, policy, procedures, practices, and emerging issues. This is an individual contributor role within the IWR team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and consultancy services to SNEF Members on human resource and industrial relations matters, ensuring alignment with prevailing employment laws, tripartite guidelines, and responsible practices.
- Lead and facilitate discussions, training workshops, and webinars on human resources and/or industrial relations, actively engaging Members and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships through effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- External stakeholders include SNEF Members and tripartite partners e.g. Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM), Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), and National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).
- Implement human resource and/or industrial relations projects in line with agreed project plan and deliverables.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory completion through continuous monitoring and control.
- Gather and synthesize essential information to analyse human resources, industrial relations, and business issues for sectoral and/or national level discussions.
- Optimise efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, including documentation protocols and personal data protection.

- Minimum five years of recent and relevant work experience
