AI Solutions Architect (HR, Workday, SAP)

A Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances Manufacturing company is looking for an AI Architect to join their HR digital team.

Your new role

As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Lead global HR AI transformation initiatives, identifying and solving cross-border workforce challenges.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions from discovery through production deployment.
• Build enterprise HR AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and predictive analytics.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, run POCs, and establish scalable implementation best practices.
• Partner with global stakeholders across regions, driving bilingual and cross-time-zone collaboration.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 4+ years of AI/digital architecture experience, ideally within global or multinational organizations.
• Proven track record delivering HR AI solutions from ideation to production deployment.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, process automation, and predictive analytics.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with HR platforms such as Workday and SAP.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to work with stakeholders in China, with strong cross-border stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic, outcome-driven problem solver with experience in global collaboration and HR transformation.
