Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Salary: $3,600 per month
Start Date: October 2026

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Review and verify metadata extracted from digitised documents using an online system.
• Cross-check information against original documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and categorise errors or discrepancies according to established procedures.
• Record data amendments, issues and relevant decisions accurately.
• Perform data cleansing, verification and issue analysis as required.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve work processes and guidelines.
• Adapt to changes in workflows and different document formats.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using online systems.
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to identify discrepancies and follow established procedures.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to commit to the 6-month contract duration.
