About the Role

We are looking for an organised and commercially minded Business Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and support the efficient delivery of financial services. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments to improve processes, manage operational performance and ensure business activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
  • Develop and improve operational processes, workflows and procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure business KPIs are achieved.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, HR, compliance and other departments to support business activities.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance analysis and management updates.
  • Monitor business expenses, resources and operational budgets.
  • Coordinate internal projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams.
  • Monitor operational risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Ensure business processes comply with internal policies and relevant financial-services requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors or service providers where required.
  • Provide recommendations to management to improve productivity, efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business operations, operations management, administration or financial services.
  • Experience in banking, wealth management, insurance or other financial services will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
