About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Commercial Manager to join our financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and business partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue growth and key commercial KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
• Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, account management, sales or financial services.
• Strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking or related industries will be an advantage.
