About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities and drive business growth within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets and supporting the growth of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product briefings.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and revenue targets.
• Develop sales plans and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales performance.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities within the financial services sector.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Handle client enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management or financial services.
• Prior experience managing or leading a sales team will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Results-oriented with good commercial awareness.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, insurance or financial advisory will be an advantage.
