Sales Executive [F&B Distributor]

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in the foodservice or F&B industry is an added advantage.
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
