💰 $2,760/month | 12-Month Contract

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with Science practical lessons, Robotics classes and competitions.
• Maintain and manage Science & Robotics equipment, including stock-taking and inventory.
• Handle data entry, document verification and records management.
• Attend to front desk, telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Assist with unwell students and provide general administrative support.
• Perform other duties assigned by the School Leaders and Admin Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum ITE or GCE 'A' Level qualification.
• At least 3 years' relevant administrative experience in a school environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Patient and comfortable working with children.

🕐 Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 8:00am–5:00pm
Fri: 8:00am–4:30pm
Includes 30-minute lunch break. No work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
