- Support business activities by preparing quotations, proposals, reports and client materials, conducting research, and assisting with sales coordination.
Assist with projects, daily business operations, reports, trackers, documentation and administrative matters.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on tasks, projects, meetings and company activities.
Support company marketing and employer branding activities.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Directors, including scheduling, research and meeting preparation.
Use ChatGPT, Canva, Excel and Google Sheets to support daily work and improve productivity.
- Explore and assist with implementing AI, automation and digital tools to improve business processes.
Degree in Business Management or equivalent studies
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and other basic business tools.
Good communications and organisational skills.
Interest in AI, automation and technology will be an advantage.
