Butler/Household Assistant

Job Summary

Provide professional personal assistance and butler services, supporting daily household and personal needs with high standards of service, cleanliness, and discretion. Assist with travel arrangements and accompany the employer locally and overseas as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional personal assistance and butler services to support the employer’s daily needs
• Manage daily household and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously when required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personal service throughout the household
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing travel arrangements efficiently
• Accompany the employer during local and overseas travel to provide seamless support
• Uphold strict confidentiality and respect the employer’s privacy at all times
• Adapt to flexible work schedules, including working 6 days per week and 8 hours per day
• Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by the employer to meet evolving needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in butler, personal assistant, household service, or hospitality roles
• Well-groomed appearance with polite, trustworthy, and service-oriented demeanor
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and overseas with the employer
