Product Technical Engineer (Construction Components)

• Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm

• Location: Woodland (Near Admiralty MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and continuously improve Technical and QA/QC functions.

• Maintain and update QA/QC processes, documentation, standards, and audit requirements.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Lead the QA/QC team by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and driving a high-performance culture.

• Develop technical training materials and conduct training for internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct supplier audits, surveillance checks, and qualification for new and existing suppliers.

• Ensure supplier compliance with product requirements and QA/QC standards.

• Manage product testing, certification, and renewal in line with business and market requirements.

• Monitor market and competitor product developments to support technical and business direction.

• Translate technical information into clear and market-friendly communication.

Requirements：

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement preventive or corrective actions.
