Good Luck Bagels is a new heritage-inspired bagel bakery in Singapore, and we’re looking for a Full-Time FOH / Barista to join our opening team!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, energetic and genuinely enjoys working with people and food.

✨ Your Role

You’ll be part of the front-of-house team, responsible for:

☕ Preparing coffee and beverages
🥯 Taking orders and serving customers
💳 Operating POS & handling payments
📦 Packing takeaway & delivery orders
🧼 Keeping the front counter and service area clean and organised
🤝 Providing warm, friendly service to every customer
🍽️ Assisting with simple food preparation / plating when needed
📋 Restocking and maintaining FOH supplies
💪 Helping the team wherever needed during busy periods

• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Responsible, punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Has a good eye for cleanliness and presentation
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality
• Barista / café / bakery / F&B experience preferred

You don't need to know everything — attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter just as much.

📅 Position

Full-Time FOH / Barista

📍 Location: Hong Lim Complex, Singapore
⏰ Daytime bakery operating hours
💰 $2,800–$3,200/month, depending on experience
☕ Barista / F&B experience is a plus
📈 Performance review after 3 months
