Project Manager/Senior Manager

• A1 Main Contractor
• Basic from $9,000 to $15,000 + Bonus
• Location: Woodlands/East Coast

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, site operations and progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks and technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, costs and key milestones to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building construction for commercial, industrial or high rise private residential projects, preferably with A1 main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management and relevant regulations.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
