A&P/Marketing Executive

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and mall-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities to increase shopper traffic, engagement, and tenant participation.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Work closely with tenants, agencies, and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
• Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing mall events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Support the management of mall digital platforms, including website, social media channels, and e-newsletters.
• Create and coordinate content calendars, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Work with creative agencies or designers to develop marketing collaterals and campaign assets.
• Build strong working relationships with tenants and support tenant marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate tenant promotions, submissions, and marketing requirements.
• Track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and marketing performance.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations.
• Manage marketing-related administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Assist to manage in-mall advertising/ atrium spaces to generate additional revenue.
• Cover Concierge counter when need arises

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications, retail marketing, events, or related roles.
• Experience in shopping mall will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
