💰 $2,760/month
📅 6-month contract | Immediate start
🕘 Monday to Friday | 42 hours/week

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• HR administration/recruitment experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding
• Liaise with manpower agencies and hiring divisions
• Maintain personnel files, HR records and databases
• Support procurement, purchase orders and invoice verification
• Assist with the Electronic P-File Management Project
• Prepare HR letters, certificates and other administrative documents
• Provide general HR administrative and operational support
