Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ relevant customer service/admin experience
- Good English communication & customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google applications
- Meticulous, responsible and independent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage school reception, enquiries, calls and visitors
- Provide admin, data entry and filing support
- Assist with inventory, stationery, keys and deliveries
- Support document/certificate lamination
- Manage Lost & Found and student handphone retrieval
- Perform other duties as assigned
🕘 Working Hours:
- Mon–Thu: 9:00am–6:30pm
- Fri: 9:30am–6:30pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- No service on Sat, Sun & gazetted PH
📅 Contract: Jan–Dec 2027 (1 year, option to extend)
📍 Start Date: Jan 2027
