Customer Service / Sales Support (Freight Forwarding, Shipping)

About the Role

Join our growing logistics team and play a key role in supporting freight forwarding operations. You will work closely with customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to prepare quotations, coordinate shipments, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth freight operations.
• Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and sales leads.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and rate agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to obtain accurate freight rates and service information.
• Manage customer correspondence relating to quotations, documentation, and shipment enquiries.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, customer service, or sales support.
• Familiarity with freight quotations and shipping processes will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
