Requirements

• Minimum N-Level; O-Level/Higher Nitec or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; MOE school experience preferred.
• Good administrative, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Patient, organised, cheerful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Attend to students, parents, staff and visitors.
• Handle calls, enquiries, mail and general administrative duties.
• 🗂️ Perform data entry, filing and document management.
• Coordinate room bookings, transport and courier services.
• Maintain office records, inventory and school intranet updates.
• 🩹 Provide basic first-aid assistance and support emergency communications.
• Assist with ad hoc school administrative duties.

Working Hours

🕢 Monday–Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm
Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
School term only; service not required during school holidays, weekends and gazetted public holidays.

📍 Start Date: January 2027
📍 End Date: December 2027
