Backend Engineer (Java, Golang, established Internet company with millions of users)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance, distributed systems that support large-scale products. You will be responsible for designing robust backend services, optimizing system performance, and ensuring reliability across complex infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java
• Build scalable, high-availability distributed systems
• Design APIs and microservices to support product features
• Optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization
• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• Above 2 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (or solid experience in other backend languages with willingness to switch)
• Experience in building distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Understanding of networking, concurrency, and system design principles
• Experience with Linux environment and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
