LUXURY BOUTIQUE MANAGER / STORE MANAGER | Premium Luxury Resale Boutique

We are looking for an experienced, polished and dependable luxury retail professional to join a newly established premium luxury resale boutique.

This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. You will play an important role in sales leadership, team management, VIP client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations
• Lead and motivate the sales and client service team
• Drive sales performance and repeat business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
• Handle key client appointments and high-value sales
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation
• Represent the company's luxury positioning professionally
• Support client and brand events
• Participate in short-form videos and social media content when required

Requirements

• Relevant experience in luxury retail, premium sales or high-end client service
• Experience in store management, team leadership or sales supervision
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional when engaging with high-value clients
• Strong personal presentation and service mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales objectives

💰 Salary: S$7,000 – S$9,000/month + Performance Incentives
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and relevant skills.
