Job Description

• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering attentive, personalised service

• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice to support confident purchase decisions

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and customer engagement

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure visual displays align with brand guidelines

• Support stock organisation and replenishment to ensure the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing

• Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand positioning within the market

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of retail experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle preferred

• Comfortable working on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong passion for customer service and creating great client experiences

• Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset

• Genuine interest in fashion, sneakers, and retail culture
