Client Acquisition Manager - Banking (Thai market)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new-to-bank client acquisition within the Thailand market, focusing on affluent, Priority and HNW client segments.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies through networking, referrals, partnerships and market outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, introducers, brokers and business networks to generate quality leads.
• Engage prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment and wealth management solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while consistently working towards acquisition and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
• Ensure all client activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking sales, wealth management, priority banking, relationship management or client acquisition.
• Proven track record in acquiring affluent, Priority, Premier or HNW clients.
• Strong understanding of banking and wealth management products, including investments, insurance, structured products, FX and deposits.
• Established network or market coverage within Thailand will be highly advantageous.
• Strong business development, networking and relationship management capabilities.
• Results-driven with a proven ability to meet client acquisition and business targets.
• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
