Sales Coordinator (Costing / Tender / Quotations)

• Position : Sales Coordinator (Costing / Tender / Quotations)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days Annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment quotations based on sales team requirements
• Source pricing, specifications, and lead times from suppliers
• Compile and submit tender documents, cost estimates, and pricing schedules
• Review tender requirements and ensure accurate costing submissions
• Coordinate local and overseas shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and verify import/export and delivery documentation
• Maintain records and update data in ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• Track project timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or related roles.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
