- Position: Shipping Assistant (Simple Duties / TrainingProvided)
- Location :Central – North Bridge Centre
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.45am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + AWS /Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + MedicalBenefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Shipping / Freight Forwarding
Main Responsibilities
- Process import shipping documents and update shipmentdetails in the system.
- Handle simple transhipment documentation and obtain eDO.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes and vendor payment documents.
- Assist with TradeNet permit declarations.
- Arrange deliveries and coordinate with customers, agents andvendors.
- Handle email correspondence and general shipment follow-up.
Requirements
- Basic shipping, logistics or freight forwarding knowledgepreferred.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant exposure are welcome.
- Comfortable with data entry and documentation.
- Willing to learn; training will be provided.
